I have made this decoration from a piece I made by embroidering on 1960’s curtain fabric , you can read about it in this blogpost
It measure approx 7cm in diameter and has a string attached for you to hang it up.
The photos show the 3 different sides of the decoration, and the video shows it spinning round.
