So that’s another collaboration over, it’s taken 7 months, and has been the most awkward one so far. When each participant took photos of their contributions I had to identify which sphere it was so I could add the photo to the appropriate folder so I could eventually add them to this blog. The spheres looked very different from different sides and it was really hard to know which was which. This caused my brain to almost burst on a few occassions, but we got there in the end. The spheres are heading off to their new homes today, and I can safely say that I won’t ever be using them in a collaboration again. See ya , spheres!
I loved reading through this and scrolling through the pictures as the spheres transformed. Thank you so much for organise. It was an absolute privilege to take part.
"This afternoon a package arrived from Scotland. Inside this package I discover two of the most whimsical, most marvelous and colorful and unique jackets ever seen on this earth.
I've been looking closely at the jackets and I just can't get over the fabrics. Wouldn't I love to have 15 minutes unsupervised in your fabric stash!
Your photos did not begin to do them justice - each bit and scrap of fabric is marvelous , compounded by how you put them together. And my husband, and my son think they are quite
fantastic. Happy all around!"

You interpreted my wishes and the jacket perfectly - the colours and style are just right. (Love all the compliments I'm getting too.) You're a true textile artist.
